Built, tested, operated
An integration is not finished at go-live — endpoints change, channels change their rules. That is why operating it is part of the delivery.
Dry-run by default
Every sync starts in dry-run mode. Production data is only written after explicit approval — no accidental overwriting of stock levels or prices.
Monitoring & alerting
Alerts on API errors, missed runs and data anomalies — with job history, so it stays traceable which run wrote which value.
